Booking Policy
A deposit is required within 7 days of your booking in order to confirm your booking. For a 2-night booking, the minimum deposit is AUD$100 per person. The minimum deposit of longer stay bookings is calculated on the length of the stay, and may be more than AUD$100 per person. In the event of a deposit not being received within 7 days, the booking cannot be assumed to be confirmed. Full payment is required 14 days prior to your confirmed arrival date. In the event that full payment is not received by that date, then the booking can no longer be assumed to be confirmed. For bookings made less than 14 days prior to your arrival date, full payment is required within 48 hours of confirmation of booking We accept Visa, MasterCard or direct deposit into our bank account
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations notified more than 30 full days prior to your confirmed arrival date will be entitled to a full refund of deposit monies paid Cancellations notified 30 full days or less and more than 14 days prior to your confirmed arrival date will forfeit any deposit paid Cancellations notified 14 full days or less prior to your confirmed arrival date will forfeit all moneys paid, or Gift Certificates redeemed, and guests will be liable for the balance of any moneys due and unpaid, unless an equivalent substitute booking is obtained by us We do not accept liability to refund any moneys paid if you choose to cancel, interrupt or curtail your stay due to a Country Fire Service “catastrophic fire danger rating” in the region. We recommend that you seek travel insurance to cover this eventuality.
Conditions of Occupancy
Guests agree to take appropriate care for their own safety during their occupancy of the premises Due to Local Council / Insurance regulations, group functions, entertaining and parties on the premises cannot be accommodated, except by specific prior agreement, and then only strictly according to the agreement. A breach of this condition will unfortunately result in guests being required to vacate the premises immediately, without refund of any tariff paid. (If guests wish to invite friends or family on to the premises during their stay, they should contact us.) Guests may not have access to the premises before the check-in time stated in the letter of confirmation of reservation, and must depart by the stated check-out time. These times can be varied only by agreement with us prior to arrival. In the absence of such agreement, there may be an additional charge debited to the guest’s credit card of $50 per hour or part thereof for early check-in and/or late check-out. The twin share tariff covers the use of one bedroom and one bathroom only. If both bedrooms and/or bathrooms are used on a twin share tariff without prior arrangement with us, then an extra amount of $100 is payable and such amount will be debited to the guest’s credit card For the comfort of all our guests, smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the premises Babies may be accommodated, by prior arrangement, but the premises are unsuitable for small children. House trained and vaccinated pets may be welcome, by prior arrangement only. A breach of this condition will unfortunately result in guests being required to vacate the premises immediately, without any refund. Paper confetti is not permitted anywhere on the premises Any variation to the above conditions must be confirmed by us, in writing, to be valid.
